Why Change Me Foundation Matters
At Change Me Foundation, we believe lasting change begins at the heart of the community.
Founded on the principles of advocacy, empowerment, and compassion, Change Me Foundation exists to address the deep-rooted challenges faced by underserved individuals and families. From children battling emotional and behavioral struggles, to seniors navigating access to care, to youth in need of safe, supportive environments—we are here to serve.
We matter because we don’t just respond to the needs—we walk alongside those we serve. Whether it’s through our mental health support groups, educational programs, health and wellness workshops, or signature events like the Walk In My Shoes 5K, our goal is simple: to build stronger, healthier, and more connected communities.
What sets us apart is our holistic approach. We recognize that mental health, education, and basic stability are not separate issues—they’re deeply connected. That’s why our programs are designed to educate minds, uplift spirits, and open doors to opportunity.
We are Change Me Foundation. And we matter because we create spaces where people are seen, heard, and given the tools to thrive.

What We Do
At Change Me Foundation, our work is guided by one mission: to educate, advocate, and empower individuals to reach their full potential. We do this through a range of free, accessible programs and services that meet people where they are and help them move forward.
Our core initiatives include:
Every program is designed with care, intention, and community input. Because when people are given the support they need, they don’t just survive—they thrive.
Our core initiatives include:
- Mental Health Support: We provide support groups, educational workshops, and community-based events that break the stigma around mental health—especially within underserved and minority communities.
- Community Outreach: Our seasonal giveaways, including Back to School, Thanksgiving, and Holiday Drives, as well as our annual Community Resource Fair, ensure families have the support they need during critical times.
- Health & Wellness: We promote total well-being through health workshops, fitness activities, senior health fairs, and partnerships with local providers offering wraparound support.
- Advocacy & Education: Whether it’s leading discussions at churches, organizing awareness campaigns, or presenting at college symposiums, we educate the public on key social issues and promote long-term change.
